We have a strategic committee, made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds in industry, finance, law and investment management.

Its function is to serve as a sounding board for our Principals and senior management, as well as to help institutionalize the firm and our approach to succession planning.

Our strategic committee and pre-investment committee "peers review" process, led by our Board of Directors and Senior Management, ensures we adhere to the ethics and beliefs of sound business practices which guides everything we do in our business.
